For the 11th year in a row, Staples Business Depot at 3135 Argentia Road in Mississauga selected Peel Children’s Centre (PCC) as their Charity of Choice for their Staples for Students annual school supply drive. Staples continues to share in PCC’s vision of working together as a community to support children and youth, and with support from Staples’ customers, this year’s school supply drive raised over $4,800 in school supplies for PCC children and youth.
The annual School Supply Drive is part of Staples Soul, the company’s holistic approach to corporate social responsibility that recognizes the connection between Staples’ financial success and the company’s desire to make a positive impact on its associates, communities, and the planet. PCC is proud to partner with a company that is committed to making a difference in Peel.
PCC is thankful for the ongoing support of Eric, Raj, and the rest of the Staples team who truly embody the meaning behind Staples Soul. Thank you also to PCC staff Stephanie, Chantal, Cheryl and Dannika, who played an essential role by shopping for items at Staples and organizing the various school supplies that over 100 children and youth needed for the new school year.
