“Peel Children’s Centre is honoured to be the charity that Summit Garden is supporting at this special celebration of the restaurant’s 10th anniversary,” said Humphrey Mitchell, Executive Director, Peel Children’s Centre. “On behalf of the Peel community, our grateful thanks to Summit Garden co-owners, Ken Choi and Lawrence Lo, for this very generous support of our mission to provide high quality mental health services for children, youth and their families.
“We are also grateful to Dan Bodanis for his leadership in organizing the event, acting as Master of Ceremonies, and arranging for his band to perform the superb jazz that patrons have greatly enjoyed at Summit Garden’s previous fundraising dinners,” Mitchell said.
“Summit Garden is delighted to support the treatment services that Peel Children’s Centre provides for children, youth and their families who are experiencing serious emotional difficulties,” said restaurant co-owner Lawrence Lo. “Please help us support vulnerable children in our community by coming out to our 10th anniversary dinner and auction on April 25th.”
“Ken Choi and Lawrence Lo have very generously supported worthy charities for several years through their annual Summit Garden fundraising dinner. I am proud to support their efforts,” said Dan Bodanis, leader of The Dan Bodanis Band and Master of Ceremonies for the evening.
“You will enjoy truly delicious food, a great wine-tasting, jazz that everyone loves from The Dan Bodanis Band, a silent auction and much more! We hope we can count on your support to raise funds for local children in need and youth with very serious mental health challenges,” Bodanis said.
