(Youth Care Workers)

As a relief staff working within our residential treatment programs in Moncton, New Brunswick you will play an important role in the implementation of treatment plans while ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients. Our residence is operated by Residential Counsellors working 8 to 12 hour shifts.
Minimum Qualifications

1. Child and Youth Worker diploma or a Community College diploma in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with eligibility for membership in the appropriate professional association.
2. Valid driver’s licence
3. Valid First Aid Certificate
4. Ability to work flexible hours on an as needed basis

Our hourly relief rate for any day or evening shift worked is $15.77 per hour plus 4% in lieu of benefits and 4% in lieu of vacation time and the hourly rate for any overnight shift worked is $13.24 per hour plus 4% in lieu of benefits and 4% in lieu of vacation time. Professional training in understanding and managing aggressive behaviour (UMAB) is provided as well as other professional development opportunities.
